The Roman goddess of Marriage (called Hera by the Greeks) is represented by the peacock and is a determined defender of the sanctity of marriage and monogamy which has, traditionally, been very important for the development of society. We have selected the colour ‘Red’ for Juno House as this colour represents happiness and passion and that is what this goddess was famous for. Marriage being a time when people are happy, and passion being an essential ingredient of every such relationship, we feel red is the most suitable colour to represent this House.
