·           Fee once paid will not be refunded.

·           Those who will not pay their fee by the specified date, if not excused by special arrangement, during the same month till the 12th Rs.75/- late fee will be charged & Rs.125/- will be charged upto 25th, after 25th of the month late fee will be Rs.50/- per day.

·           The delay of payment beyond three months renders a pupil liable to be struck off the Rolls.

·           No deduction will be made for vacation and broken periods.

·           Pupils shall not be allowed to sit for terminal or final examination unless all fee dues are paid to date.

·           The fee card is to be presented while making payments if lost Rs. 100/- will be charged for a duplicate.
